Meritxell Juvé

Meritxell Juvé is CEO of the corporate holding J&C Prime Brands, the parent company of Juvé & Camps, Propietat d’Espiells, Primeras Marcas and Pagos de Anguix. She has a degree in Business Management and Administration and a Master Business Administration from the ESADE Business School; and a Master in Viticulture, Enology and Wine Marketing from The International Social Science Council.

After pursuing her professional career outside the family business, she joined Juvé & Camps and worked in a number of departments there, and became CEO in 2016 as a signal that the company had been taken over by the next generation. She represents the fourth generation of this winemaking group which was founded by her great-grandparents in 1921, and is the third largest in the cava sector.

Juvé & Camps if one of the most emblematic family wineries in the Penedès region and one of the most renowned purveyors of quality, and a leading producer of the environment-friendly "Cava Gran Reserva". The family has worked in viticulture for two centuries, and the underground cellars of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia produce renowned names such as La Capella, La Siberia, Gran Juvé & Camps, Milesimé, Milesimé Rosé, Blanc de Noirs, Reserva de la Família, Essential, Cinta Púrpura, Nèctar Blanc and Brut Rosé.
