Galmesan cheese (Teiraboa, Arzúa, A Coruña)

Professionally linked to business management in various sectors, in 2017 she decided to change direction and embark on a new project linked to the rural world and the agri-food sector. She left her home town of Pontevedra to move to the interior of Galicia.
Galmesán was born from this decision and the determination to develop projects linked to what surrounds us, from a modern point of view, without abandoning the roots and traditions of cheesemaking. Its cheeses are made thanks to the work of 27 small livestock farmers.
