After a short spell in banking, she decided it was not for her. And she plumped for Fariza, the family's environment-friendly business operating with the local "churra" sheep, producing cheese and suckling lamb, in which the entire family is involved - her parents and her two siblings.

A member of agricultural organisation COAG for the last 11 years, this businesswoman is an active participant as the first woman from Castilla y León to form part of the National Executive, the youngest woman and the woman obtaining the most votes. She also heads up the Rural Platform and the cultural association in her town.
