He started in 2013 with a pastry shop with a traditional base but without roof in a small town of 300 inhabitants.

After studying cooking and pastry at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Gijón and acquiring knowledge in different establishments in the largest city of the Principality, in 2013 Johnatan González decided to take the leap supported by the family and open his own pastry shop in Cabo Busto, a small village of less than 300 inhabitants.

From the beginning, Gonzalez focused on traditional pastries but applying different, more current techniques and fresher flavors. His goal, he says, is "to make the diner happy and show that good pastries can also be found in the most unusual places".
