With 100% natural products, Natalia's preserves are made only with fruit or vegetables, organic organic sugar or organic stevia and lemon or lime juice, without the use of additives or additional preservatives.

Life-work balance was what led this graduate in Environmental Sciences and social action technician for more than 14 years (with voluntary work in Cuba, Nicaragua, Mexico and San Salvador) to leave what had been her professional career until now to embark on a new adventure. Las Delicias del Palacio del Deán was the solution Natalia found. With the creation of this company, she became an agro-ecological and rural entrepreneur.

This project located in Villamiel, in the Sierra de Gata, has become a family business dedicated to promoting healthy natural food with products from Extremadura. They create, produce and distribute jams and vegetable preserves made in a traditional way with fruit and vegetables from their own garden.

Another value of this family business is that it is based on the circular green economy, on social innovation and, in addition, it follows the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda.
