Paški sir PDO is a 100% sheep's milk cheese. It can only be produced on the island of Pag on the Adriatic coast.

It is the most awarded and famous Croatian cheese and one of the best known Croatian products. It has been awarded in numerous cheese competitions all over the world, such as World Cheese Awards, Global Cheese Awards, International Cheese Awards, World Championship Cheese Contest and many more.

The Paška sirana cheese factory is the factory with the longest tradition in cheese making and the largest producer of Paški sir, the cheese that celebrated the island of Pag and Croatia and put it on the cheese map. Martina works there as a marketing manager and is a brand ambassador for Paški sir.

Martina is also the founder of another association on the island: 'Women for the Island of Pag', which helps women on the island to empower themselves, network and develop their full potential.
